ebay GC了，用了Target Debit card 5%，1小时前下单，大概10分钟左右收到order
confirmation，半个小时后收到"An eCard from Target.com"。见附件，已经收到code
了，但是status还没更新。
回头看，我历史上几乎90% order都是Target GC pay majority+Debit card pay
fraction，应该几年了吧，从没有问题。所以感觉是不是跟你的量有关。我都是奶粉，
手纸那些promotion时才买，平时都是在Amazon，所以量不算大。

check the box for target gift card
on a computer, you need to choose the red card and go all the way to the
last page, then click a link that says "pay with a target giftcard"
you should be able to pay 100% using your target GC and still get 5% off
