不过你去costco刷什么卡是你的自由，citi管不着。
但是costco信用卡就只有citi发的这张了，你不能选。

我想要问这些问题是在思考是否在6/20前该先把Costco AMEX的credit line转一些到其
他AMEX卡去 (尤其我这张卡的credit line很高)
避免credit line无故就消失了

which means your credit history and credit line remain the same
however, for some people, "In certain circumstances, your card will be
replaced with a different credit card from American Express and your card
account will not be transferred to the new issuer. Your credit card number
will remain the same but the product will offer different features and
benefits. If your American Express Costco Co-Brand Card Account is not being
transferred, you will receive further communication from us."
I just don't know what these certain circumstances are.
