50Kbonus AA miles(相信版上大部分人都有)这几天打电话问citi,被告知我以前有过
citi regular checking所以不符合条件不能给点。
我以前的确有regular checking但我开户的时候再三询问branch manager我的
eligibility,他也问了很多人个我的答复是可以拿bonus,但是citi现在来这出实在不厚
道啊。
以下是citi csr聊天记录：
I see that we recently sent you a letter regarding the investigation. The
letter points out that the promotion was only for new customers.
Since you already had an account with us you were not eligible for the
promotion.
I sincerely apologize for any misinformation that you were given when the
account was opened. Even though you opened a new checking account in October
the promotion was only available to customers who did not already have a
relationship with Citibank.
求问版上大神该怎么要？ |

offer, you must not currently have a consumer checking account with citibank
. You are not eligible for this offer if you were a signer on or owner of a
citibank consumer checking account within the last 60 calendar days.

gold都是eligible的。我还和好几个客服确认过。
关了之后我等了一年才申请的gold，申请的时候客服也是确认我可以拿bonus的。虽然
我现在还没有拿到。。。 |
