withdrawal fee change. But I have not done walmart-load VGC in January yet.
I thought that email is for online load Serve only. |

小额比如$100的load。amex也撑不住了。

spending, no way to spend those easily without BB now. I miss the redbird
directly credit card load a year ago to fulfill those new card spending
