不算我的个人财产吗？
我有个朋友通过chase国内转钱 首先被关checking后 然后一张酒店的信用卡（具体不
知道那张）也被关了。关之前还都把积分兑成cash还给他了。这不才是正确的服务态度
吗。

handed, but they still have rules to follow and so do you
use your accounts "as intended" then you shall be OK
other than daily deals, make other buy/sell transactions
there is money to be made so doing away with ebay/paypal is your loss
