I open card at the end of Oct, bought phone on early Nov. Once I spent over
2k, I fax the phone purchase receipt to them on Nov 18. I got refund at the
next statement periond (early Dec) without even paying off bill.
They are good at this part, no complain.

我今天去店里买了手机, 收据上没有买post pay plan的内容啊, 只有全价机价格, 姓
名, 电话号码. 你的也是这样的收据吗?
你是怎么提供给citi证明买了post pay plan而且保持超过15天的?
