I've been doing this from day one, so far so good, no warnings, no nothing.
I think the trick is to keep the volume low, $1,000 - $1,500 per ssn per
month, keep the money in the account for few days, and mix with regular
purchase.

我觉得唯一改变了的事以前都是在walmart为服务鸟。这两个月walmart的小二越来越苛
刻，就开始online用ppbmc喂服务鸟了。
给paypal回信要求解封的时候顺便问了一下，
agent回信告诉我喂鸟那些transaction也算violation，是withdraw to prepaid card。
