而且經濟艙已經滿了, 不知道符不符合網頁上說的voluntary refunds? 從來沒有操作

refunds. Depending on the rules of the fare purchased, a cancellation
penalty may apply. Most fares are non-refundable, and are not eligible for
voluntary refunds. However, the value of your ticket may be eligible to be
applied toward the price of a new ticket for a fee.
The refund amount you will receive depends on several variables. For example

简单的说大部分票不能退，但买票的钱在扣除罚款后可以用来买新的机票。

refund），而会通用那些坏的（例如要fee）
这样就简单了
具体的，你自己打个电话问客服说要退这张票的话有哪几个option不就结了
