的时候发现：

查询余额，还在。
然后联系了Paypal_digital_gifts （电话：877-569-1148），对方答应refund。结果
等了两周无果。
前两天又打电话给它，说是要退，结果没多久就收到要我联系ebay customer service
或者giftcardmall，联系了人家直接说你在哪里买的就联系哪里。然后继续给Paypal_
digital_gifts打电话，每次都create a ticket，但就是不refund。
咋办？

Thank you for contacting PayPal, my name is Kelly and I am a supervisor with
PayPal. I do apologize with the issue you are you having with the eBay gift
card that was purchased in June. Since eBay and PayPal are no longer within
the same company PayPal no longer resolves issues with eBay's coupons, gift
cards/gift certificates, and eBay bucks. I do apologize about this but in
order to receive a refund for this purchase eBay will need to issue the
refund or eBay will need to activate the gift card.
You will need to contact eBay at their customer service phone number which
is 866-540-3229.

刚才又打过去直接威胁接电话小妹儿说找supervisor refund，要不然直接BBB，小妹儿
吓尿了，说立马给你接过去，然后就refund了（已查paypal账户）。

过几天就退钱了，买的时候用了10块钱的coupon，结果这十块也退了，加到了Paypal
balance上。同时eBay说我不用把gc退回去，case close就这么结了吧。然后那张能用
的25的gc还能用。。折腾了些时间
