发帖数: 115 | 1 向板上各位大神求助，昨晚闲来无聊查了一下credit karma上的credit report，惊现-
61分的activity，现在只有680多分了，transunion和experian都有这个，进去一查是
citi报了一个missing payment，再仔细一看账户是一个只有$1000limit的，绞尽脑汁
想起来上个月citi branch时被脑残banker忽悠在开citigold checking顺便开了个gold
checking plus额度是$1000，当时压根没告有hard pull，这也就算了，开了以后到现
在从来没用过怎么就给报了个missing payment？昨晚立马给CS打电话，citigold说这
不归他们管让我给loan部门打电话可是loan部门周日不上班，我准备周一再打。请问大
神么有没有这方面相关的经验，怎样才能让他们去remove了这个不存在的missing
payment report；还有就是credit karma上的这个降分准么？如果不准的话在哪个网站
哪怕花钱能下到准的？万分感谢大家！ | c*******w

CSR is helpless most of time. You should speak to a manager when you call
during regular business hour to solve this problem (weekend will be out-
sourced to India, so most of time they are unhelpful) and semi-threat that
if you guys won't do anything, i would like to cancel my citigold account.
