I logged in my bank account and almost felt off the bed. All of my credit
card info are unavailable. There's no balance there's no limits. There's no
reward points. Everything was wiped out except my checking. Phew, I
immediately called in because I though to myself da,n did they just close
all my accounts due to a couple new loans and CCs I've obtained past couple
weeks. I've read stories on here and I went to my panic mode. After I was on
hold for about 5-10 mins which is the longest waiting time ever when I
called Chase, a rep came on the phone to inform me that they're having sever
issues or some sort of network maintaince. It wasn't communicated with them
or consumers from the IT departments. My accounts are still there haha omg.
Lord have mercy, everything will be back to normal within 24-48 hrs they
said.
Yeah everybody with Chase cards have been freaking out
That's too long.
Edit, wonder if they were hacked again?
Hah ha I had to run out to make a quick charge to see if mine was shut down
or not
Geez I bet everybody here thought their cards were closed. Good thing I hadn
't checked before reading this. LOL
Hey! a great thought.
Maybe they're adding a new SP CLI request page today after reading about all
the successes of some of their competitors lately.
Capital One & Discover come to mind
LOL all my info is not avaialble glad I saw this thread prior to checking
accounts today... I think they been hacked of some sort
Glad I came to myFico as I was almost getting ready to freak out myself. I
had just used my card so I was scared that maybe some kind of fraud may have
occurred and they shut my stuff down. Glad to see its a system error. Whew!

Crazy to be happening in the middle of day like this. Hope they haven't been
hacked or something. Stranger things have happened. So cards are working? I
haven't tried mine's. |
