有些人的劣根性就是为了我自己省1块，别人亏100块也不关我事。

us will get more per person.
You do realize that the total penalty for airlines will be the same,
regardless of how many sent in the claim form, do you? Assuming the
settlement is $100 million, lawyers will get $50m, for example, and if there
is only 1 victim claimant, he will get all the $50m. If there are 1 million
claims, each will get $50.
Sending in the claim form is your right as a victim to claim your
compensation. The total settlement amount will remain the same for such high
profile cases.

---------- 这句不一定是事实，但是也差别不大倒是真的。已经同意出钱的那些家出
的金额是固定了，但是还没同意的那些家出的金额也许和多少人claim有点关系也说不
定。

the defendant will never know how many people have filed a claim.
in fact, i've never heard of any theories asserting by not claiming class
action refund, one can help other people save money.
so my suggestion is don't claim yourself, so that other people can get a
larger share.
not to mention your "劣根性" theory is even more ridiculous.
