T&C里面有写：
"U.S. Bank consumer and small business deposit account customers who are
enrolled in Online Banking are eligible to receive $5 deposited directly
into their account each calendar month that they make five qualifying
digital payments between the months of December 2014 and March 2015."
换句话说最多只能拿4次...
另外，还必须是有收到invitation的人：
"Payments must be made with U.S. Bank Bill Pay or Pay A Person by the
individual that received the participation invitation email."
