Given the trajectory Sears is heading with more store closings....make sure
you liquidate those GC as soon as you get them....otherwise they will be
worthless once they go BK....Sadly.

Right on the Sears GC, it states:
"Not valid for purchase of third party debit or prepaid cards"
So, even if you were initially successful, I wouldn't load-up on cards or
count on ramping-up to larger dollar amounts, as you could be shut-down at
the drop of a hat without much recourse.

I was in Sears tonight and tried to purchase a $100 amazon card to start
with. The cashier told me that I could never use a sears gift card to
purchase other gift cards! Bummer! |

Its not the case in the US either, its just highly YMMV, as most of the
cashiers here are actually trained on this issue - its more a matter of
whether they care or not. From information from someone I know who actually
worked at the store, some stores are told the employee will get fired for
accepting gc for gc. Others are not given the same warning. |

That is crazy to buy $1500 in Sears GC when the game can suddenly change at
any moment. Hope you were able to convert a lot of them into GCs. Then again
, Sears does need your business in everyday spending. |

Hmm, I'm considering buying about 2K in Sears GC to get lots of miles in the
coming months. Then I'll turn them into cash gift cards after I'm done (
will test if this works first in store).
Might be crazy... that said if they go out of business , I'll just use them
to buy furniture at a Sears Home store before that happens

好在大部分都解决了
我想下次EGC到店里换成physic的，你刷的时候，不仔细看也不知道

processed by Sears and physical GC was processed by Kmart, neither orders
got points, I contacted United Shopping few days ago, here is their reply,
but I still don't got points yet.

We apologize for the delay in crediting your miles and any inconvenience
this matter may have caused. After proper research, I verified that your
Sears.com orders are in the final stages in order to be posted. Please allow
more time, the miles will be posted shortly.
