在国外取现是免ATM费的，但是免 foreign transaction fee吗?
看到很多人都说不收 foreign transaction fee，但是我看他们条款里面： https://www.fidelity.com/cash-management/faqs-cash-management-account

反正即便算上1%貌似到手的比例也是很不错的
不用想太多了
