reloadit。今天顺路去6，7mile远的另一个，还有4，5张的样子。上面都写的cash
only，不过还是可以用信用卡付，就是要看驾照。而且不管冲多少都得要head cashier

什么online banking, Chantilly, VA. 我认为这个一定是第三方银行负责中转bill
pay的。因为customer service告诉我钱当天就划出去了。问题是我填的是我biller的P
.O. box，并且不可能是那种electronic的，因为我付的是房租。所以肯定是第三方银
行在负责中转。大家都是这样么？
此外，这个卡的customer service真的很差，帮不了什么忙。一问三不知。 |

什么online banking, Chantilly, VA. 我认为这个一定是第三方银行负责中转bill
pay的。因为customer service告诉我钱当天就划出去了。问题是我填的是我biller的P
.O. box，并且不可能是那种electronic的，因为我付的是房租。所以肯定是第三方银
行在负责中转。大家都是这样么？
此外，这个卡的customer service真的很差，帮不了什么忙。一问三不知。 |

诉我身份验证失败.也不知道个原因.我又tmobile的电话.我申请信用卡,加州,tmobile
账单都是同样的信息.但是就是无法通过验证.
我把三家信用报告都拿到了,没有异常信息,不过我也把老地址都dispute掉了.我还拿了
chexsystem的报告,也没有问题.同样的事情也发生在amex for target上.我也是无法通
过身份验证.我就奇了怪了,这是为什么.他们到底用的什么公司或者系统验证身份的.我
是一点办法都没有了.希望各位大神,有知道的帮帮忙吧.谢谢了. |

看到别处也有很多这样的例子，大不了不用就是。
