7-11收银系统禁止cc买3.95fee的白香草而不禁止4.95fee的香草prepaid gc，很有可能
是因为他们卖白香草会亏本，比如3.95抵不上cc交易手续费和incomm收费
要是能用cc白load进1000刀，那肯定亏本的。就算现在能有几家711允许用cc，不出一
个月系统肯定会升级block |
