401k和自己的fia amex。刚才收到一封email，没搞懂什么意思。

As a result, please be advised of the following:
You will no longer have access to Fidelity BillPay.
You will continue to be able to view your posted bill payment transactions
via your online account history or statement.
All your pending and/or automatic payments, electronic bills, and reminders
have been canceled. You will need to use alternative payment methods.

我当时也收到这个邮件，然后过几天就好了
结果，一个多月没上去，上去了才发现账号被锁了
打电话给客服，告诉我要带上ssn护照I20等去local branch验证身份
过了两天账号就能用了
