有人拿过这个点数么？这是指transfer to 还是transfer from SW？刚好我的Freedom
还是Purchase APR还是0%，不知道值不值得搞一下。相当于用transfer手续费买点了。

it always means transfer to its own
because Chase SW wants you to carry SW's balance (and hopefully pay interest
to SW credit card bank--Chase).
