本人最近考虑开Online saving..但发现所有的Online saving都有身份要求，说必须是
US person（citizen or resident alien），但我是nonresident alien，所以想问怎
么破。。。是真的不能开户么？因为同意条款的时候有一个“under penalty of
perjury”。。会不会被山姆叔找麻烦？

will send 1099INT to you and to IRS. IRS will check your future 1040 forms
interest sum for this amount. |
