以前好像BOA debit card没有任何手续费吧？
现在有1%，11月要涨成3%

Global ATM Alliance, China Construction Bank (China) or Banco Santander (

will change to 3%).
还有其他选择没？
另外，discover应该还是刷卡没手续费吧？还没check这点

9月末BOA卡建行取的时候163刀对应1000人民币，汇率还行。

以建行ATM是不收费的.我同事这周刚从北京回来,证实没有收费.我下周去时会再确认.

的。苏州市区最好， 可以一次取2500元。大部分地区1000元一次。可以连着取几次的
