发帖数: 259 | 1 I used Chase Ultimate Rewards Mall twice in July to purchase Groupons. None
of them got extra points. Since the amounts were small (100 extra points
each time), I didn't call to argue. The most recent transaction using Reward
Mall for booking and staying at a hotel didn't earn extra points either (a
total of 580 extra points). This time, I called Chase and asked. I was told
that their system didn't show I reserved the hotel using Ultimate Rewards.
Since this is the first time I call and ask, they will issue the missing
points to me. But, if it happens next time, I need to provide some evidence
showing that I used Ultimate Rewards Mall.
My questions here are 1) could something wrong with my computer that
prevented me from getting the extra points? and 2) Is it possible for me to
provide any evidence for missing points? Ultimate Rewards Mall is just a
link. After the transaction/reservation, the transaction receipt (or email
confirmation) does not show I utilized Ultimate Rewards Mall.
Any comments and suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you. |

那些明文不包含的交易内容？
一般chase漏掉的话都能查出来给你补上。如果频发发生于各个商家而不是一个商家，
就不知道咋回事了，毕竟同一个商家可能有什么毛病，不同商家都有同样毛病的几率比

but I did not get the points either. I only used it for kohls, 40% (2 in 5)
got the points. Will not trust them at all. |
