收据要寄，这个是一定的。所有的卡要剪成两半，一起寄走。然后要4－6个星期，号称
说还要review。这个很令人紧张呀，有木有？
我说要不然我不要refund的了，人家说：哦，卡已经都lock了，放心寄吧。
我不放心也得咬牙寄了。不过人家又说了，lock的卡还可以unlock，大喘气。
不过想想，寄了。真麻烦呀！ |

就用这个理由 他们也是应该refund的

Don't know if it belongs to this thread or MVD or GB but its interesting.
Here's the take:
1) MVD card ordered online 3 weeks back, loaded 1000, 1000, 500 in 1st, 2nd
week and today. Wanted to check online and got password invalid and then
Account Inactive message. This was not even used once except to load and the
CSR was surprised to see that. She put us on a long hold and came back to
tell that compliance has asked this account to be closed.
At first, it didnt strike me but then i understood. We called on Friday and
created a case to return some HIGC cards. So, Incomm which controls both
closed MVD account. This happened with my DW account and my account which
has exact load pattern is still active.
2) GB was working fine this morning and evening I went to set a bill pay and
had the close notice, I am not going to bother calling(wrote a self check
for the small amount it had).
Thought will share this interesting experience. " |

Basically, HIGC and Vanilla are the product of this same company Incomm,
from the receipt which included purchase of multiple HIGC cards, company
found one or more HIGCs on that receipt were used to reload MyVanilla, so
they closed his MyVanilla. I don't know what Greendot has anything to do
with Incomm, but Greendot closes Go Bank account easily and frequently, and
independently, no need of any tips from Incomm. Only amex bluebird
tolerates this so far. Just like Amazon AP also has tolerated cc pay money $
1000 per month for a year now. |
