waiting for Feb 1 to come. especially at that time some people report
thieves had loaded their card values to other account....

vanilla trick, there were thieves that will scratch many cards and get
password, then recoat them and put them back to CVS racks(may be near end of
the month). Knowing many buyers at that time cannot load the card due to
the $5000 limit, they can load it first. |

and you've reached the $5000 limit. So you let the activated card sit on
your desk and the thief who has knew the PIN will take the advantage and
load this $500 to his BB account first.
