收到google的问候，告知转的太多了，受不了，有问题的transaction会取消。帐号B未
收到类似问候。一个多星期过去了，没见他们reverse transaction。现在从B转到银行
的2.5k也不敢贸然用掉，不知道该仲么办了？有没有碰到类似情况的？
话说google这点比amazon差远了，聪明的开始就加个限制，现在到好，疯狂的发问候信

well, lz might be abusing GW, but what's the so-called "abuse" defined here?
defined by common sense?
GW should have drawn a line and would've saved a lot trouble
if they can't afford playing it, they should simply not play it
it might be too ambiguous to understand, but once you could compare GW to
AMZ PAYMENT, (who did a great job in setting the rule,btw), u will realize
how bad GW was and is
