BB and AMEX target is to liquidate money!
u can use bb like a checking account and use AMEX target as a debit card
which is capable of withdrawing cash.
plz read those blogs 100 times or until when you fully understand the idea
behind it.
Compared to the points you get and the bonus you get through meeting
spending requirements, a little processing fee is negligible
