Ok I had the same problem but i found a solution to transfer ANY saved game
onto ANY profile. All you need is a few programs and a data migration kit.
xport 360
xplorer 360
modio (can be found on google just type in modio, should be from gametuts)
OK now we have to find out how to distinguish between profiles. If the
destination profile has an extra save you're sorted. Put your hard drive
into the migration kit and load up xport 360 as administrator. go to
partition 3, then click content. you should have two sets of numbers that
start something like E0000.
so now you should be looking at 3 different sets of numbers. (000000000000,
E0000042 etc and E0000192 (im just using these for example everyones profile
has a different code))
once one of the E folders has been opened there should be a list of folders,
now on xport it says what game save it is in brackets e.g 4B4D07D19(Sacred
2 fallen angel) now all you need to do is find out which game has been
played on one profile and no the other. so if assassins creed has been
played on the source but not the destination this will show in xport.
now all you need to do is go into the folder and drag the file onto the
desktop and remember which numbers are your source and main profile.
just to make things easier take any save file from the destination profile
and put it on the desktop.
Now open modio, (this can be complicated but simple once done) click
resigner at the top and open both your files. you should see a difference
between the profile id and maybe the device id. copy and paste both id's
from the destination save into the source then click rehash and resign and
save id set.
run xplorer 360 (drive>open>hard drive or memcard, then same steps as xport
360. partition 3>content) open up the right folder containing your
destination profile make sure you get the right folder for the game save
then click edit>insert file, now browse your desktop and insert the wanted
save.
remove hard drive and load up the game voila its done.
P.S I only did this so that people can be helped, any clearing this up will
be greatly appreciated. I have tried this and successfully traded my friends
' saved game onto my profile. I'm sorry it's so long winded but it does work
and it is worth doing if you want your save games. | d***o
