看见地址栏里面有那个Coupon Code。
CSR信里面说的问题，对于我这种老鸟，怎么可能犯这种低级错误？ |

Also need the coupon email indicating the expiration date.
With all these, call Chase and argue. |

application. you should print it out if applying online, or the banker gives
you a copy for opening the account in branch.
that's the proof that your coupon code has been applied successfully.
