but you have to use an atm to get cash from Amex prepaid. The ATM might
charge you a fee for that.

get money from other bank account.

取serve的钱容易被关卡
而且钱有可能被打回原来的prepaid卡
不够麻烦的
撑死了也就是差个5%的cash back
要我说还是直接刷的好 |
