earn 2 miles for each $1 spent on airline tickets purchased from United...
Does this mean when you purchase airline tickets from united.com, you would
earn 2 miles. otherwise, if you purchase united airline ticket from other
website, priceline/ortbiz/etc., you could only earn 1 mile?
