Earn 5% Cashback Bonus on purchases made at grocery stores from 5/1/12 (or
the date on which you signed up, whichever is later) through 5/31/12,
subject to a cap of $300 in purchases. Grocery store purchases are those
made at merchants classified as stand-alone grocery stores or supermarkets.
These purchases must post to your account by 5/31/12. Grocery or food
purchases made at convenience stores, gas stations, warehouse clubs,
supercenters and discount stores are not eligible. If a purchase is coded
for a category other than those listed above, it will not qualify. Purchases
earning 5% Cashback Bonus will not count towards your total annual
purchases to determine your tier level. This program is separate from the 5%
quarterly program. Rewards are added to your Cashback Bonus account at the

All Other Purchases
You will earn up to 1% Cashback Bonus on all purchases other than Program Purchases. You will earn up to 1% Cashback Bonus on ShopDiscover purchases, unless otherwise specified on ShopDiscover. At the end of each billing period, we calculate your Cashback Bonus by multiplying the total amount you spent on all other purchases by the following:

We determine your tier level based on your total annual purchases, which is the total amount of purchases made during your Anniversary Year. We do not include Program Purchases or any Warehouse Purchases in calculating your total annual purchases. The calculation to determine your tier level begins again at $0 on the first day of each Anniversary Year.
Your “Anniversary Year” consists of 12 consecutive billing periods beginning with the month in which your Card was issued to you (your “Anniversary Month”). It resets on the day after the last day of the billing period ending during your Anniversary Month. Your Anniversary Month can be found on your monthly statement. | M****l
