he said my application needs verification. So he transferred to a lady and
she asked me my birthday, my previous home address. She asked me to wait for
about 4 minutes for finalizing, then she told me I will get the final
decision in 7-10 days. I asked her if it is approved, and she said she doesn
't know because it is still under process...
Any experience on it? Does this mean the card is declined? |

I applied at night at 9pm and called the next day at 8am.

normal.
