我有笔J Crew一直没给我，说那天查不到有这个promotion，结果最后直接打了1000点
给我，其实应得只有600多点。

我现在不确定是否因为我当时没有按她说的这个程序去点击购买。因为当时进账户点到
UR页面时，UR首页就有那个apple 10%的广告，我就直接点那个广告链过去，然后点
purchase的。照理说应该没有问题的吧？
如果因为我没有按程序走，拿不到，那也就罢了。如果我那样做也没有问题，那我还要
继续跟她argue一下。

CSR issued me the missing points for apple and other merchants.
She also mentioned the problem of WIN7. |
