两个bestbuy.com的单子，现在显示transaction date一个是26号，一个是30号，然后
post date一个是28号，一个是12月1号。
然后通过chase 的网站发信息去问，很快得到答复说我的purchase不eligible，因为不
在25号！然后说我们比较大方，尽管你不eligible我们还是决定奖励你点数XXX分。这
个奖励只给了第一个单子。第二个单子没提。
他们的回信说，当你通过chase ultimate reward mall的链接成功购买产品后，在4个
工作日内应该收到确认信。我想问大家都收到这个确认信了么？
注：为了防止链接不被承认。看好商品后，每次都是:
清历史，清cookie -> 关浏览器 ->打开浏览器（我用的IE9下单）->清历史，清cookie
->登陆chase网站 -> 通过他们的链接到商家 -> 选好商品用chase sapphire结帐。
中间都是一次操作。基本上除了重启电脑外，能清的都清了，能关的都关了。然后还告
诉我不eligible，这太让人费解了。 |

呀？
不过我倒是确定我购买的时候绝对是一个tab内完成的。没有开多个tab。怎么还不
eligible？
是bestbuy.com改了大家的pending还是chase改了transaction？让人费解@@

the Ultimate Rewards Mall. Therefore, you earned rewards
as per 1 point per $1.00 spend and are not eligible for
the extra 10 points.
However, as a gesture of courtesy, I have credited XXXX
points towards the transaction to your account.
I request you to follow the below mentioned steps to so
that we can ensure you do not miss earning bonus reward
points for your future purchases via the rewards mall

1. Log on to www.ultimaterewards.com
2. Click on 'Shop online and earn faster' link under 'Easy
Earning'.
3. Select 'Shop and Earn at the Ultimate Rewards Mall'
link on the left hand side of the page.
Please note that after the transaction is successfully
processed, you'll receive an e-mail confirming your
accelerated earnings purchase through Ultimate Rewards
website within 4 days of the purchase.
Having explained that, the following are the possibilities
that prevents you from earning the bonus points.
1. The purchases could have been made directly from the
merchants website.
2. Please note that using Microsoft Windows 7 may not
receive bonus rewards for purchases made via the Ultimate
Rewards Mall website.
?Microsoft Windows 7 provides the ability to launch
multiple windows in Internet Explorer during the same
session.
?You may encounter this situation when shopping on highly
utilized websites.
?If you open the Shopping mall tab in the first window and
complete the ?checkout" process in a new window, then the
bonus points earned will not transfer from current window
to new window.
?You should use the same window/session while completing
the checkout process in order to receive the bonus points.

？我25号也在bestbuy买了1000美元的东西，希望能有他们说的那10% back奖励点数。

问了客服 也说没有eligible purchase
然后statement出来时候 两单都给了。。。
