做了DD，到现在没有拿到bonus。

下说我的帐号是8号开的，promo 7号结束了。bull shit，我是5号网上开的，当时没有
instant approve，过了几天他们给我电话说开通了，大概是8号，然后就算我8号开的
了。我反复说我是5号网上递的申请，最后哪一天开通不是我控制的，应该从我递交申
请那天算。并且我强调我之后一周去那个网页看那个promo还在，绝对不是7号就结束的
，即使我8号开也是在promo期间。
那厮还反问我到底为了需要帐号开还是为了bonus开，我说both。
最后那厮给了个online department的人的名字叫Tammy，说那个人会research然后打回
给我。 |

系统7号截止，外网没有及时更新导致根本没有enroll进这个promo。我看你只能打电话
argue，再不行只能bbb了。

I sent a msg a few days ago inquiring my $100 opening bonus and got reply
from your CSR Nancy. She told me that my payroll deposited on Nov. 21 was
not a direct deposit.
I was confused since before I opened this checking account at M&T, all the
payrolls that went to my other banking account were treated as direct
deposit without any problem. The financial assistant from my company also
confirmed that my payroll was a direct deposit.
Since I've been very happy to have a M&T checking and your service has
always been very fast and good, I think this might be a mistake.

发帖数: 2829 | 41 经过email，fax，电话，BBB，终于拿到$100 bonus。他们先使出各种理由deny，什么
11/7以后开啦，必须雇主DD啦。
开户过程中有个PDF里有term，明确写着开户ACH deposit就算，不一定要雇主DD。我拿
这个与他们据理力争，最后终于honor了。其实是11/7号以后开的他们系统就不会自动
honor，都要人工honor。
以后拿他家要小心。 |
