说是10hr之内会回信，结果24hr才搭理我，内容是Email部门不能verify Offer了，要
打电话给Membership Rewards Customer Service。唉，郁闷。。。

笼统的问题.当涉及到具体的帐户问题,都需要电话客服解决.
当然AMEX之前很NICE,EMAIL客服的权限也很大.但在早段时间经历了我们的人民战争之
