2. Called customer service and applied 6664 two weeks ago;
3. Spent 1000 dollars and had 15+ transactions on August;
4. Sent secure message on Sep. 1st, got 65k points for 6661 and was told
another 10k will be issued automatically;
5. Sent secure message again and got 10k points;
6. Got additional 10k points automatically on Sep. 2nd;
7. Called customer service today and was told 6664 was dead ... |

是否就算以前已经打电话applied 6664，以后打电话统统不认账了？15次刷卡也白费？
