第一个问我是不是targeted for the bonus,我说是，结果它给account留了个note,
说是等我fax in proof. 结果后5个csr,都是等我fax,非得是targeted customer.

确是真的。

frustrated since the fist bitch I called last night noted my account that a
fax of proof is needed.
I called again and tried another code 6497(75k points) with a nice lady.
She noted my account the eligibility and said I'll be issued the points
after 6 to 8 weeks. I hang up and called back several times to expedite
issuing the points with no success.
Called last time and talked to lady. She said I was not even eligible for
the code 6497 since it is only for solicited first time customer.
But she said since it was noted by the previous csr and amex will honor
the points and there is no way to expedite the points.
it is getting more and more difficult to play the game. |
