transfer offer described above, otherwise, either $10, or 5% of the amount

credit) in an account to another account, often held at another institution.
1.这个costco的american express的信用卡账单，用boa的check账户付，会算作
balance transfer，然后收钱么？
2.如果用chase的check账户付chase 的freedom信用卡，不算transfer balance，不额
外收钱吧？
3.那么,用chase的信用卡付水电煤气费，手机费，算balance transfer，要收取费用的
么？ 如果收的话，就只能用check账户pay bill了啊？

如果你有一张10k额度的信用卡，从里面提10k出来存到checking就是BT
以前0利息和0费用，所以很多人靠BT赚了很多钱
