我之前申请的是starwood american express的信用卡，送spg 3w points
之前我看到版上说有一个免费升级golden card的UI promotion，打电话过去问，说那
个是升级 spg card的。我有spg的membership number，但是好像没有spg的卡，请问那
个要怎么申，有什么好处？
现在我用american express，1dollar 有1 spg point。看版本上说在spg的网站上订
hotel什么的，好像积分更多，请问那个是用aa的卡也可以，还是必须用spg的卡？另外
除了订hotel还有什么别的优惠吗？

Dear XXX,
I appreciate this opportunity to assist you with your Starwood Preferred
Guest account and your request to upgrade to our Gold Preferred membership.
I have reviewed your request and I am unable to upgrade your account
currently based on the details you have provided to us. In order to upgrade
your account to Gold, I will need confirmation of your American Express
Credit Card Platinum level. Please fax (519-633-5865) or email (spg.
o********[email protected]) a copy of your credit card statement or a
screen shot of one of your account pages that have American Express Platinum
and your name visible on it. Please black out any sensitive information,
including your credit card number. You must include your SPG number on your
request. We will upgrade your account within 5 business days.
The information that you have provided is for the SPG American Express
credit card, not the Platinum credit card. While you are eligible for the
Elite Gold upgrade with the SPG credit card, that is after spending $30,000.
00 yearly and is a different promotion. It is not the same as the UI
promotion. Please follow up with American Express for help with that upgrade.
