发帖数: 455 | 1 I opened the Consumers Rewards Checking account last December and did enroll
their electric statement. I received a notification email from them at Dec
31th which clearly stated that I was qualified for all of the four
requirements.
Then today, they send me the notification email again for January and my
status is "did not qualify" because I did not enroll the electric statement.
I think they just try to deny the $50 bouns and my interest.
What a liar. |

开户的时候就在网上表格里填了enroll Estatement的选项。我上两礼拜还在奇怪为啥
他给我邮寄了一份statement，以为里面有个什么通知，顺便寄的。想不到来这么一个
阴招。绝对要去argue。 |

月自动qualify。你也被disqualified了？

I called in and verified that they had an internal error in their system.
They're currently working on it, and will give the proper interest for those
who met the requirements. The rep was unable to provide me an ETA however.
I asked if they would send out a notification upon resolution, and she said
that she hadn't heard yet, but expected that they would.
