Just applied AA Visa online, but only finished up to the 3 step, and then it
said that "application has received."
Why can't I proceed to step 5? It seems that I haven't finished the
application process yet.
Do I need an application ID to complete it?
What should I do now?

and the CS confirmed the approval of application by checking my SSN. |
