I write the bank root number on the deposit ticket in the end of the check
book by mistake (I thought it was the same)
now the utility company said they can not charge me money and fine me $25
because of this returned payment
is this normal or can I have any method to argue with them? thanks |

hurt you to ask them to waive your first time.
