offer。后来，我有在message center发邮件跟amex确认，并且得到对方的肯定。
可是这个月的statement出来，发现我的账户上面已经多出了10000点，有没有哪位也是
这种情况？
是不是用完1000美金后就补剩下的20000点？
按道理应该没什么问题，只是有点担心，问问版上有没有人和我同样的情况。 |

不过我刚才email人家的CS，说我是eligible那个30000的points的。她说，我这次拿了
10000，那么等我花了1000美金后，再给20000点。
赞一个，email系统的回复很快。不过，我也要保存下人家的message，以后万一人家不
承认了也有一个证据。
邮件说，
These Starpoints are issued to the account in two increments of 10,000 and
20,000 Starpoints. |
