贴了半天，自己刚刚才Chat了一下，“Sorry not available in CA”。。。
不过，好消息是根据以往的情况(Google“150 PNC”)，似乎他们并不Hard pull。当然
我只是看了两个帖子(08年一次，09年一次)得出的结论。
