way to accumulate credit score is to apply secured card.
Which one is better? Anything else needs to be considered except annual fee?
1. Orchard Bank Secured MasterCard
Annual fee $35, waive for 1st year. But there is below info in terms&
conditions. Does it mean when you cancel card, they will charge $29?

A Stop Payment Fee may be assessed to your Account when you request a stop

好像有4%的APY，18个月的，然后可能可以升为unsecured。
其实一年应该可以申请其他卡了，到时cd到期就连这张卡一起关掉就算了。 |
