可以一直没有收到bonus，发message问，得到的是下面的答复：
Thank you for your message. We apologize for any inconvenience however
we have reviewed the account and see that no promotion code was applied.
We have also reviewed our promotion list and do not see an on-line
promotion being offered during the month of September. Only an in store
promotion was being offered during a portion of that month, that was
available to accounts opened within a participating branch.
