2. Discover gas credit card 5% first $1500. Not sure if they still have this
benefit. Chase also has a 3% gas card.
3. Each gas station has its own gas credit card. X% + 1%. Usually X<5.

美国警察办事效率太低，这种事情去报案他们基本不管，这次是小贼撞到了他们枪口上。
他在我GM卡上加了个authorized user，当然是假名字了(Chris Dog)，出去横冲直撞花了
$3000，卡都被suspend了，他还花，警察来了，信用卡和驾照名字对不上，Mr. Dog 就进
去了。
Dog先生怎么进的我GM账户呢？因为我LD有张GM的付卡。这家伙知道我LD的好多个人信息
，包括SSN。他还攻击了LD的ATT和SW卡，花了一万多吧，都dispute回来了，信用卡公司
根本不care这点损失(其实他们没损失什么)，正常的business cost。公司大了，就吃大
锅饭了。
其实抓他的线索早就很多了，这家伙不但local
shopping，网上也买东西(总有个delivery address吧)，还把comcast和信用卡的billing
address改到LA的某个地方。这么多线索，美国警察就是不爱管，互相推诿扯皮，信用卡
公司把钱从商家要回来完事，倒霉的是那些商店，这个cost全社会分摊。
