For rent a car, use VISA/Master Gold/Plat. both OK, same coverage, if use
AMEX, they do not cover the surcharge of rental company, only damage part.
Discover, don't know.
For buy things, VISA gives this to signature card, if others, you need to call
your CC to make sure, it is double warranty up to 1 more year on top of
original warranty 3 years or less. i.e max 4 years for your things. Master
gives to gold/plat., it is double warranty up to 1 more year on top of
