this is not very good answer. Here is what I hear from some lawyers that makes
most sense to me (even most immigration lawyers do not know this very well,
surprisingly, so make sure that you call around):
1. F-1/H1 can start your own certain types of corporation. there are some
restrictions, though, for example, you cannot start a S-Corp which is perhaps
the best in terms of tax.
